Which salons is Lean Salon for?+
Lean Salon is aimed at hair salons, beauty salons, nail salons, massage salons and similar service providers who want to spend less time on admin and client communication.
Do I get the full software as a pilot user, or a limited version?+
The full software. There's no separate, stripped-down pilot version. From day one you use the same functionality regular customers will get later.
Will I lose my existing client data if I join the pilot?+
No. We migrate your clients, appointments, gift cards and products from your current salon software at no charge, usually within one business day. You start with your existing client history intact.
What does the pilot cost, and what happens afterwards?+
There is no Lean Salon subscription fee for the first 3 months of the pilot. Mollie may charge payment fees separately. After the pilot you choose a plan; its subscription price is locked in for your salon.
Am I obligated to anything after the pilot?+
No. After the free 3-month pilot period, you decide for yourself whether and which subscription to choose.
What's expected of a pilot client?+
That you actively use the software, share your experiences, and point out where processes could be simpler or more reliable. You don't need any technical knowledge for this.
Do I need my own website or payment terminal?+
No. Lean Salon creates an editable website from your salon details. For contactless payments you can use Mollie Tap on a compatible phone, or use an external terminal. You can add booking, gift card and review widgets to an existing website.
Are there additional payment costs?+
Lean Salon includes the software features in your chosen subscription, with clear usage limits. Mollie charges any transaction fees and Tap product fees separately. Current plan prices are shown with each subscription.
What is in the CEO report and how does Lean Salon help with no-shows?+
Every month you get financial, client and product insights, plus marketing results when data is available. Lean Salon flags higher no-show risk and supports targeted reminders, calendar invitations, deposits and failed email delivery alerts.
